Order & Delivery Information
Order Processing Time Frame:
Orders will not be processed until cleared payments are received. Once you've successfully checked out, an order confirmation email would be sent to your registered email address.
Another shipping confirmation email will follow as soon as we've dispatched your order. All orders will be processed on weekdays Monday – Friday 9 A.M – 3 P.M with the exception of UK Public and Bank holidays. You can place an order at any time but orders made after 11 A.M. will be dispatched on the next working day. You can reach us by email, we aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Order Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order by notifying us in writing via email or Post. We shall refund buyers using the original payment methods used. For orders already shipped, please follow our returns policy.
Payments will be processed using STRIPE Payments.

Standard delivery: 2-5 working days £3.99
Expedited Delivery: 1-2 working days £5.99 ( Expedited delivery consist of priority dispatch within 24 hours and the use of Royal Mail First Class. Please note that the Royal Mail first class is not a guaranteed 1-2 days delivery service. For a guaranteed service choose Special delivery at checkout)
Free Standard Delivery: Orders over £75
Special delivery : Order before 11 A.M Monday - Thursday for Guaranteed next working day delivery. £9.99
International Orders: Europe Tracked & Signed : 3 - 7 Working days £14.99

Customs and Excise Duties:
International orders may incur additional charges at buyers cost. For example customs , import duty, excise duties etc. It is the buyer's duty to check if this applies in their country before they make any purchase. As a result of Brexit, EU orders may now be subject to customs, import or excise duties. It is the buyer's duty to check if this applies in their country before they make a purchase.
Missing/lost Parcel/Item Not Received/delayed Parcels
We dispatch promptly and provide a tracking number for all orders. If in the unfortunate event, your parcel does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please allow 10 working days from the estimated delivery date for us to process a full refund. This is because that is the number of days our couriers can officially declare the parcel as lost.
