Returns Policy

Refund Policy----

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items Refused or unclaimed by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges, please return your item and reorder.

We are not manufacturers of these products so please ensure that the packaging is not ripped as no refunds will be given for any returned item with torn packaging.

Additional returns Information for wigs and Hair pieces

If you are not satisfied with the product or the colour isn't what you imagined, please do not try it on if you plan to return it. For hygiene reason, no refund will be made for wigs that are returned showing sign of wear, brushed ( this includes finger brushing) or as acquired additional odour. All wigs must be returned in resalable condition with all packaging and tags still intact.

Ineligible Items for return
Customized braided wigs and items, Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items.
Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, and damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that Shipping cost is non refundable so any refunds received will be less shipping cost. For items that a promo code has been used, the refunds will be the total of what you actually paid for the item and not the full cost of the item.

If original method is Paypal express this is within 1-3 working days, Payment with credit card processed through Stripe (Our payment processing gateway) usually takes within 5-10 business days.

Postage charges is non refundable and buyers pays for returns postage cost unless faulty or we've made a mistake. A prepaid label will be provided in this case.

If your return is disapproved, you would be notified via email with reasons for the disapproval and also instructions on how to arrange a return of the item back to you. Normally, you would need to provide us with a prepaid label. If we do not hear back from you after 28 days from sending you a notification, we would unfortunately dispose off the item as we deem fit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at . We do not arrange exchanges for any other reasons please arrange a returns and reorder.


Returns Shipping 
To return your product, you should send us an email with reason for returns and we would provide you with returns instructions.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
